a) Booth Rental Rates

b) Booking Procedures
- All confirmation on Exhibition Spaces must be done by completing the BookFest @ Malaysia 2026 Contract for Exhibition Space, chop & sign and submit before 15 January 2026.
- 50% of total amount made payable upon signing the contract or before 10 February 2026. In the event the exhibitor fails to make payment as required, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Contract by written notice with immediate effect. The Organizer shall reserve the right to lease the said Exhibition Space to a third party.
- Balance of 50% of total amount due made payable before 28 February 2026.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to book two non-adjoining areas unless otherwise approved by the Organizer.
- All payments for Exhibition Space must be paid in full before any installations or displays are permitted.
- The Organizer reserves the right to relocate Exhibitor to other space at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
c) Cancellation Charges & Penalty
- Cancellation made after 15 January 2026 – 50% of total rental amount will be forfeited.
- Cancellation made after 10 February 2026 – 100% of total rental amount will be forfeited.
The cancellation policy applies to Contracts signed and all cancellation of Registration must be made in writing to the Organizer.
