*Rental are NOT inclusive of 6% Sales & Services Tax (SST).

1. All confirmation on Exhibition Spaces must be done by completing the BookFest @ Malaysia 2023 Contract for Exhibition Space, chop & sign and submit 28 February 2023.
2. 50% of total amount made payable upon signing the contract on or before 28 February 2023. In the event the exhibitor fail to make payment as required, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Contract by written notice with immediate effect. The Organizer shall reserve the right to lease the said Exhibition Space to a third party.
3. Balance of 50% of total amount due made payable 4 weeks before show day.
4. Exhibitors are not allowed to book two non-adjoining areas unless otherwise approved by the Organizer.
5. All payments for Exhibition Space must be paid in full before any installations or displays are permitted.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to relocate Exhibitor to other space at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

• Cancellation made after 28 February 2023 – 50% of total rental amount will be forfeited.
• Cancellation made after 15 April 2023 – 100% of total rental amount will be forfeited.

The cancellation policy applies to Contracts signed and all cancellation of Registration must be made in writing to the Organizer.
