Booking Procedures
1. All confirmations on Exhibition Spaces must be done by completing the BookFest @ Malaysia 2013 Contract for Exhibition Space, chop & sign and submit before 3 May 2013.
2. 50% of total amount made payable upon signing the contract on or before 3 May 2013. In the event the exhibitor fail to make payment as required, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Contract by written notice with immediate effect. The Organizer shall reserve the right to lease the said Exhibition Space to a third party.
3. Balance of 50% of total amount due made payable on or before 17 June 2013.
4. Exhibitors are not allowed to book two non-adjoining areas unless otherwise approved by the Organizer.
5. All payments for Exhibition Space must be paid in full before any installations or displays are permitted.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to relocate Exhibitor to other space at the Organizer’s sole discretion.


Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation made before 3 May 2013 – 50% of total amount.
- Cancellation made after 3 May 2013 – 100% of total amount.

The cancellation policy applies to Contracts signed and all cancellation of Registration must be made in writing to the Organizer.
