All Bookings of Exhibition Spaces must be done by completing the BookFest@Malaysia 2008 Contract for Exhibition Space, chop & sign and submit before 15/2/2008.
A payment of 50% of total rental must be made upon signing of the Exhibition Contract and the balance of 50% must be paid by 15/02/08.
A full payment of 100% of total rental must be made if exhibitors book and submit the Exhibition Contract after 15/03/07and space allocation will be subjected to availability of space.
Exhibitors are not allowed to book two non-adjoining areas unless otherwise approved by the Organizer.
Exhibit space must be paid in full before any exhibitor will be permitted to install their display. The Organizer reserves the right to relocate the Exhibitor to a space other than requested.
Cancellation Charges As stipulated in the Contract for Exhibition Space, in the event of any cancellation of Contract of Exhibition Space, exhibitors will have to pay a penalty charge as stated below:
- Cancellation made before 15th February 2008 – 50% of total amount of rental
- Cancellation made after 15th February 2008 – 100% of total amount of rental
The same cancellation policy applies to contracts signed before, on or after 15th February 2008, and all cancellations of registration must be made in writing to the Organizer
